Formation Synchro Inc is a nationally competitive 501(c)3 organization committed to providing elite synchronized skating development and opportunities from beginner to adult.

ABOUT US

Formation, founded in 2016 in the Triangle Area of North Carolina, is passionate about playing a role in strengthening synchronized skating in the South East, and creating connections between the southern and global synchro communities. Led by World Champion and international coach Jannika Lilja along with a committed group of coaches, parent volunteers and board members, the organization continues to develop a top synchro program for athletes in NC and neighboring states. We believe in an inclusive and positive training environment that fosters our athletes' goals in synchro and in life, both with us and in their futures. We are proud of our alumni, who have gone to skate for Team USA, Olympic training team, and have become National and World Medalists.

Formation Synchro believes in empowering and inspiring each member of our program, and works towards helping our athletes reach their goals, while holding on to key fundamentals like kindness, dedication, skill, and teamwork.  Together we are one Formation.

Our teams train on the weekends at multiple rinks around and near the Triangle Area of NC (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) both on and off the ice, and compete across the country at Invitational Competitions, as well as USFSA Sectional and National Championships.
